About
Art of Self Discovery is a counseling practice in San Anselmo, Marin County, focused on helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, authenticity and creative path. We offer path and purpose sessions, intuitive art sessions and guidance on flower essences, all designed to help you gain clarity and direction.
Our approach is gentle, non-judgmental and compassionate, creating a calm and welcoming space where you can settle in and feel comfortable opening up. We draw on a wide background of knowledge, including our own artistic and spiritual journeys, to help you find your own answers rather than offering prescriptions.
Many clients leave feeling empowered, inspired and with meaningful takeaways to explore after each session. Whether you are seeking a deeper connection with yourself or renewed inspiration in your creative work, we would love to support you.
