About
At Apex Gymnastics, we help families across San Jose and Santa Clara County build strength, coordination and confidence through gymnastics for children of all ages. Our classes range from Parent and Me sessions for the youngest kids to skill-building training for children ready to compete.
Our coaches are known for being patient, caring and attentive, and they take the time to see each child as an individual. We design guided, challenging practice to help each gymnast grow at their own pace, and we pair it with summer camps that are fun and interactive.
Along the way, we also teach teamwork, goal setting and perseverance, lessons that carry well beyond the gym.
