About
For massage therapy in Benicia, Annie Twist Lubke, CMT is here to help you unwind and recover. Annie begins each session by learning where you hold pain and how much pressure you prefer, then shapes the work around what your body needs.
Her sessions often open with compression that melts away tension before moving into focused, rhythmic detail work. The room is warm, peaceful and comfortable, with a welcoming waiting area and an elegant historic setting.
Clients across Benicia and Solano County come to us for therapeutic massage and bodywork, including athletes who need help with tight legs and recovery. Our approach is intuitive, attentive and nurturing, leaving you feeling grounded and deeply relaxed.
