Angstrom Alpha Physical Therapy & Wellness brings holistic physical therapy that blends hands-on rehabilitation with yoga, breathwork and mind-body practices to Mountain View and the surrounding Santa Clara County community. We work with clients on a wide range of aches and pains, from knees and shoulders to hands, with a focus on addressing the root cause rather than just the symptoms.
Our approach is built on a deep understanding of the body, and we aim to leave every client feeling more confident, both physically and mentally. We take time to understand where each person is coming from and design changes that are sustainable, practical and genuinely effective.
Our programs also include yoga instruction and meditation and breathwork guidance, creating a supportive space for overall well-being. Clients can receive care in person at our clinic or through live online sessions over Zoom.
