Fresh, home-cooked Cambodian flavors, a warm welcome, and an inviting modern dining room: that's what we offer at Angkor Chef. Our kitchen focuses on authentic Khmer dishes, from fish amok cooked to a delicate, fragrant finish to noodle dishes, tofu and green vegetables, and lemongrass stir fry.

Guests often tell us our flavors are the most authentic they've found outside of Cambodia, and we take pride in that. Our dishes are made with fresh ingredients, and we're happy to offer fresh-squeezed juice and classic treats like mango sticky rice and banana coconut dessert.

Our owner greets every guest personally, and our attentive, prompt service makes every visit feel like a lunch with friends. We serve diners across San Jose and Santa Clara County who want a taste of Cambodia close to home.
