About
Sunol and East Bay riders turn to Angela Ridgway Dressage for dressage instruction and horse training that brings out the best in every horse and rider. We work with riders at every stage, from students who have been with us for a decade or longer to owners of young horses and seasoned competitors.
Our decades of experience bringing horses through all the levels of dressage give us perspective that serves beginners and professionals alike. Whether we are riding a young prospect or refining a Grand Prix movement, we show respect for each horse and aim to leave it better than when we got on.
We are patient, thoughtful communicators, and we take the time to understand each horse's temperament, even the difficult ones. Our lessons also focus on everyday horsemanship, not just the show ring.
