About
Based in San Ramon, American Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics offers rhythmic gymnastics classes for families across the East Bay. Our program builds strong foundations for young gymnasts, from the first levels through more advanced skills, with training in apparatus work using balls, ribbons, ropes and hoops.
Our instructors are known for being gentle and patient while still keeping every class well organized and focused. Parents tell us they see clear progress in their daughters over time, and the girls genuinely enjoy coming to class.
We keep our classes affordable so more children can take part in the sport.
