Amami San brings fresh, generously portioned Japanese sushi and sashimi to South San Francisco and the Peninsula. Our omakase and Lover's Boat platters offer a lot of fish for the price, and guests often tell us it's far more value than they'd expect from a sushi counter this close to San Francisco.
We keep our dining room small and intimate, so every meal is prepared with fresh ingredients and served with attentive, personal care. Our staff take time to explain the menu and make recommendations, even on busy nights, so first-timers and regulars alike feel well looked after.
