Alternative HVAC Solutions

Whether you need a new heat pump system or a quick fix for a furnace that has stopped working, Alternative HVAC Solutions offers heating and air conditioning service tailored to your home and budget. Our team serves homeowners across San Carlos and San Mateo County, with work that includes heat pump installation, furnace replacement, air conditioning installation, heat pump water heaters, and repairs.

When we replace an older gas furnace with an electric heat pump, we start by listening to your needs and walking you through your options in plain language, so you understand the choices before you decide. Our estimates are clear and well thought out, and we're happy to adjust the plan to fit your home's needs and your budget.

Our installation crews are professional, friendly, and careful, and they leave your home clean at the end of each day. We also help with the rebate process, which can be confusing with city, state, and federal programs.
