Based in San Jose, Aloe Pilates provides small-group Pilates classes for Santa Clara County and the wider South Bay. Our approach is slow, controlled and deliberate, which helps you feel exactly where your body is tight, weak or out of balance.
Our instructors take time to explain each sequence and watch closely so everyone moves safely and with proper form. Many of our members come to us after injury or persistent discomfort, and we focus on posture, alignment and pelvic awareness.
