Allemand Cheryl A LMFT brings family counseling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to Los Gatos and the surrounding Santa Clara County community. Our approach is personable and gracious, and we take time to understand each person's life as it develops.
We offer grounding, pragmatic support during times of crisis, and we help clients work through emotionally difficult seasons, including the teenage years. Our sessions are unhurried, and we let people finish their thoughts and reach their own realizations without rushing them along.
We also educate and guide clients on the options available to them, including referrals for medication when it is needed to restore balance. Many clients have found lasting support with us after other approaches fell short, and we're glad to help you take the next step.
