About
Relaxation, calm, and confidence: that's what we offer at Alicia K. Mutch, Massage Therapist & Hypnotherapist, a warm, women-owned practice serving Windsor and the wider Sonoma County community. We provide therapeutic massage and hypnotherapy, and clients often seek us out for help with anxiety, including stress tied to demanding exams and credentialing programs.
Our sessions begin with a structured, in-depth intake, so every session is tailored to your needs and goals. We take time to explain each step of the process, and many clients keep using the practical tools they learn in their everyday lives.
We also offer Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) alongside massage for those who find it helpful. Our approach is non-judgmental, and we make every client feel comfortable, respected, and in good hands.
We welcome people of all identities, and our space includes a gender-neutral restroom.
