Alexander Technique SF Bay Area

Alexander Technique SF Bay Area is a movement and body-awareness practice in Walnut Creek and across Contra Costa County focused on helping people release habitual tension, move with more ease, and feel more at home in their bodies. We work with clients on everyday physical discomfort, including back, neck, knee, and hip pain, through hands-on guidance and practical exercises you can take home to support your healing.

Many of our clients are actors and performers, and we help them build greater physical presence, natural movement, and openness to their scene partners. Our lessons are patient, kind, and tailored to each person, so you can learn at your own pace and take part in your own growth.

We also support people navigating stress, anxiety, and the physical strain of a busy life, helping them recognize how tension shows up in the body and how to release it.
