Alexander's Patisserie brings refined pastries, cakes and coffee to Cupertino and the South Bay. Our cakes are built in layers, with almond financier, tart raspberry compote, crémeux and mousse, and our Harmony cake pairs dark chocolate with vanilla crémeux and a crunchy feuilletine layer.
