About
Alex Basche LMFT brings warm, practical counseling for individuals, couples and families to Menlo Park and the Peninsula. Our work centers on helping people move from insight to real change, with a balance of genuine support and the willingness to gently challenge patterns that are holding someone back.
We also work with tech-related struggles, including gaming and screen-use concerns, as well as anxiety and addiction, with a focus on practical goals and steady progress between sessions. Clients often tell us they feel truly cared for while still being pushed to do the work, and we regularly review goals together so progress stays visible.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and have a gender-neutral restroom and a space that welcomes transgender clients.
Appointments are recommended, so book through our website to get started.
