About
In the heart of the East 14th Street Business district, Alcoholicos Anonimos Grupo Lucha Por Tu Vida offers a supportive place for people working toward recovery from alcohol dependence. Our group is part of the Alcoholics Anonymous fellowship, and we meet with people in Oakland and across Alameda County who want to build a sober life one day at a time.
We understand how isolating addiction can feel, so we welcome newcomers and long-time members alike into a shared space of honesty, encouragement and mutual support. Our meetings are built around the twelve-step principles that have helped countless people break free from alcohol and rebuild their relationships, health and sense of purpose.
Whether you are taking your first step or returning after a difficult stretch, you are welcome here, and no one needs to walk this road alone.
Come by to meet us in person, or reach out by phone to learn more about when and where our group meets.
