Alameda Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Self-Defense Academy brings Brazilian jiu-jitsu, self-defense classes and karate training to Alameda and the surrounding East Bay community. Our coaches build strong technique through clear, simple instruction, so students of every level can see real progress session after session.
We teach kids and adults alike, and we place as much value on discipline, manners and respect as we do on the mat. Parents often tell us how their children carry those lessons into school, learning to regulate emotions and handle difficult moments with more confidence.
