Adam M. Arrington Construction & Design

For renovation and custom carpentry in North Kennedy Tract, Oakland, Adam M. Arrington Construction & Design is here to help. We take on full bathroom and kitchen remodels, including older homes where the work goes deep, from pulling walls back to the studs and lath and plaster to rebuilding with careful waterproofing.

We also build custom cabinetry, curved oak banisters, and tile work, such as herringbone fireplace surrounds that suit the character of the house. Our approach is to work closely with your designer or architect, bringing practical suggestions that strengthen the original drawings while keeping the structure sound and the finish beautiful.

We pride ourselves on clear communication and flexibility when unexpected conditions come up, and on getting the job right the first time. Many of our clients are homeowners across Oakland and the East Bay who have come back to us for projects large and small over the years.
