Active Motion Massage Therapeutic Bodywork

At Active Motion Massage Therapeutic Bodywork, we help Santa Rosa and Sonoma County residents move more freely and feel better in their bodies through therapeutic massage and bodywork. Many of our clients come to us after months of trying other approaches without lasting relief, and we take the time to find the real source of the problem before we begin.

Our sessions are built around each person's goals, whether that's easing a stubborn shoulder, a back that won't cooperate, or chronic neck and hip tightness that limits daily life. Clients often tell us they notice greater range of motion and more energy for the activities they love, from hiking and workouts to everyday movement.

Our therapist combines deep knowledge of therapeutic massage with a warm, honest approach, explaining what is happening in your body and suggesting practical steps you can take between visits. We welcome people from across the North Bay who are ready for focused, results-oriented care.
