About
Calm, clarity, and lasting relief: that's what we offer at A Higher Perspective. We are a counseling practice in Walnut Creek serving clients across Contra Costa County and the East Bay.
Our work centers on hypnosis and guided relaxation, approached with warmth, patience and a real willingness to listen. Many people come to us wanting to release long-held tension, and our sessions are designed to help them settle deeply and feel more at ease.
Clients often leave a session noticing a difference right away, and our recordings give them a way to return to that sense of calm whenever they need it.
