About
Based in San Rafael, A-1 Imports Autoworks provides auto repair, brake service, oil changes, mechanical work and air conditioning service for drivers across Marin County and the North Bay. Our team works on a wide range of makes, including BMW, Mini, Hyundai and Subaru, and we also install aftermarket off-road parts and upgrades such as winch kits.
Customers tell us they value our honest, straightforward advice, and we make a point of explaining what needs to be replaced, what to keep an eye on, and what can wait. We take care to be detail-oriented and compassionate about our work, and we follow up to make sure every repair has done the job.
Many of our customers have kept coming back to us for years, even after moving farther away, because they know they will be taken care of.
