4 Points Counseling

Whether you need a space to unpack past hurt, support through a difficult season, or a more holistic approach to healing, 4 Points Counseling offers counseling and psychology tailored to you in San Lorenzo, serving families and individuals across Alameda County and the East Bay. Our practice takes a whole-person approach, looking at mental health alongside your body, spirit and everyday life, and we tailor each healing plan to where you are rather than fitting you into a one-size-fits-all model.

Many of our clients come to us for trauma-informed work, and we also offer Reiki sessions, yoga, and workshops such as How to Heal Trauma for Women of Color, which give participants a safe space to learn, ask questions and grow. We are proud to be a Black-owned, women-owned practice, and we are LGBTQ+ friendly, so you can expect to be understood and respected as you are.

Our approach is nonjudgmental and collaborative, and we take the time to listen closely, challenge you thoughtfully and help you understand yourself more deeply.
