About
Based in San Leandro, 1 Touch Relaxed provides massage therapy, deep tissue work and sports massage for clients across San Leandro and the East Bay. Our sessions begin with a conversation about where you are holding tension, so we can focus on the areas that need the most attention.
We adjust pressure as we work, from firm, deep techniques that release stubborn knots to a lighter touch when your body needs it. Many of our clients come to us for tight necks, shoulders and upper back, and we work through each muscle group methodically to ease the soreness.
Our space is calm and welcoming, so you can settle in and leave feeling noticeably looser and more relaxed.
