Whether you're a parent looking for a confidence-building activity for your child or an adult ready to sharpen your skills, 1 Kick Up Martial Arts offers martial arts instruction tailored to you. Our classes are taught by Master Grazier, who is patient and encouraging with students of every age, while keeping a firm standard of discipline.
We build a strong foundation in technique, forms and exercises, and for adult students we also share the history and culture behind the art. Families tell us they see real growth, from kids gaining agility and perseverance to a steady sense of pride as they earn each new belt.
Our instruction also extends into Hapkido and other forms, so there is room to keep learning as you progress. We serve families and adult students across Concord and the East Bay, and we'd love to welcome you to the mat.
